Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze commercial mortgage investment opportunities
• Prepare in-depth financial underwriting and models
• Conduct market and credit research for informed decisions
• Draft memos for Investment Committee approvals
• Oversee asset management for funded investments
Requirements:
• Up to 4 years of experience in real estate or finance
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related
• Excellent communication and advanced Excel skills
