Position: Compliance Analyst for Client Onboarding
Make a difference with Questrade Financial Group as a Compliance Analyst focused on Client Onboarding. Utilize your expertise to streamline account openings while ensuring compliance with IIROC and FINTRAC regulations.

In this hybrid role, you will support the Compliance Client Onboarding team by processing client requests and approvals. As a key player, your familiarity with the securities industry and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences. Your analytical abilities will help you navigate account onboarding while maintaining regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve client accounts as per established guidelines

• Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients

• Escalate cases requiring Enhanced Due Diligence

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams

• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting compliance

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of the securities industry

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel
