In this managerial role, you will be responsible for quarterly and annual financial reports and overseeing the preparation for audits. With a focus on sustainable investing disclosures, you will develop accounting policies, analyze complex transactions, and ensure compliance with IFRS. Experience in finance or asset management is key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation of annual financial statements for IMCO
• Conduct detailed analysis on accounting standards and emerging issues
• Draft and coordinate materials for Finance and Audit Committees
• Support sustainable investing disclosures with the Finance team
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate corporate audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
• CPA designation required; CFA is an asset
• 5-8 years in financial reporting, preferably in asset management
• Strong skills in IFRS and financial statement preparation
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
