Position: CIBC Client Services Associate Role
Join CIBC as a Client Services Associate in Toronto for a 12-month contract, focusing on client onboarding, compliance, and capital markets operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and client-facing capabilities.

In this role, you will ensure smooth client onboarding and effective risk management, collaborating with institutional clients to meet Dodd-Frank and AML/KYC requirements. You'll coach and guide analysts while managing urgent requests and maintaining high service standards. Your ability to navigate complex capital markets will enable you to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless client onboarding and compliance

• Conduct thorough risk reviews for institutional clients

• Coach team members on best practices and procedures

• Address client inquiries and escalations efficiently

• Keep abreast of capital markets developments and regulations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in QA or QC relevant to capital markets

• Experience with AML/KYC and Dodd-Frank regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related

• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous

• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations
