Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delinquency ratios per yearly targets

• Resolve daily returned payments with clients

• Negotiate to minimize losses and maximize recovery

• Investigate email requests on delinquent accounts

• Issue delinquency notices and manage communication

Requirements:

• 5 years in banking or account recovery

• Post-secondary diploma or degree

• Knowledge of compliance and credit bureau activities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking systems

• Bilingualism in French considered an asset
