Manager of Investments in Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investment data analysis for strategic initiatives

• Manage and execute the acquisition process efficiently

• Prepare materials for valuations and internal transfers

• Develop business cases for investor engagements

• Supervise Analysts in financial underwriting and modeling

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of analysis-intensive experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce

• Effective relationship-building capabilities

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
