Position: North America FP&A Leadership Role
Join our team as the North America FP&A Leader, masterfully managing reporting, budgeting, and performance insights. This senior role aims to support the NA CFO and regional leadership through data-driven analytics.

As the FP&A Leader, you will report to the Group Head of FP&A and manage comprehensive financial reporting tailored for North America. Your responsibilities will include guiding the budgeting process, leading forecasting efforts, and providing key performance insights. You will be a pivotal part of decision-making and serve as an influential leader within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct North America management reporting and budgeting

• Lead forecasting and analysis for executive insights

• Enhance planning systems and reporting processes

• Deliver cash flow and treasury support for FP&A

• Foster team development and performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a senior capacity

• Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Familiarity with financial systems like Anaplan

• Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder engagement

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
