Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Investment Proposals for the Board

• Support financial analytics like NOI and IRR for transactions

• Distribute meeting minutes and track decision follow-ups

• Maintain files for ongoing and prospective transactions

• Ensure completion of Due Diligence Checklists

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related

• 0–1 year of internship experience in finance or real estate

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
