Position: Contract Finance Manager - Fund Operations
Drive fund operations as a Contract Finance Manager with Vaco by Highspring. This role focuses on detailed financial reporting and collaboration with finance and tax teams for 21 months.

In your role, you will manage the administration of a fund comprising three partnership vehicles. Your collaboration with investment groups will ensure ongoing compliance and accurate reporting. Supported by a dedicated team, this position demands strong management skills to tackle diverse financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund operations and reporting processes

• Prepare financial statements and quarterly reporting packages

• Plan and organize annual audits for partnership vehicles

• Collaborate on income tax preparation and compliance

• Assist in developing financial transaction policies

Requirements:

• Must have CPA designation

• Experience with Investran software

• High proficiency in advanced Excel

• Organizational skills for managing varied assignments

• Strong attention to detail for accuracy in reporting
