Your role is pivotal in enhancing financial reporting accuracy and productivity.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Processes & Controls, this position requires strong analytical and technical expertise, along with the ability to collaborate across various departments. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years in accounting, with an emphasis on life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance and build new accounting frameworks
• Execute model testing using diverse methodologies
• Oversee data management within financial systems
• Track and report project timelines and risks
• Engage effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is helpful
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting and ledger software
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and new applications
