Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and structure M&A and advisory transactions

• Prepare client-facing presentations and materials

• Supervise development of financial/valuation models

• Coordinate detailed company and industry analysis

• Provide mentorship and training for Associates and Analysts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in investment banking or M&A

• Degree in finance, economics, or accounting

• Established relationships in Diversified Industries

• High proficiency in financial modeling

• MBA, CPA, or CFA considered an asset
