The Finance Manager will report directly to the Director of Finance, focusing on producing timely financial statements and supervising finance teams.

Your role will involve budget creation, operational performance analysis, and ensuring audits are ready. You will also be integral to integrating newly acquired companies into financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct month-end close for assigned companies ensuring compliance

• Mentor both onsite and offshore finance staff for quality control

• Collaborate to prepare budgets and Key Performance Indicators

• Manage integration of newly acquired firms into finance systems

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit purposes

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent with over 5 years in finance

• Experience in managing budgets, audits, and company portfolios

• Solid grounding in accounting practices

• Net Suite experience beneficial

• Strong detail orientation and capability to juggle priorities
