Position: Global Financial Crimes Manager at Bank of America

In this pivotal role, you will work under the guidance of the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to support Global Financial Crimes executives. You will be tasked with conducting financial crimes risk assessments, executing governance routines, and advising business units on potential risks. Your insights will be critical to the implementation of the Financial Crimes Compliance Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and report regulatory changes and impacts

• Conduct financial crimes risk assessments as needed

• Advise on KYC/EDD and payments compliance

• Review Key Risk and Performance Indicators

• Lead GFC training initiatives for Canada

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years in anti-money laundering or related field

• Expertise in AML protocols and governance

• Knowledge of global and Canada payment systems

• Strong relationship management and decision-making skills

• Ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments
