VP Commercial Lending

Position: VP Commercial Lending at Franc & Co
Become a pivotal figure in commercial real estate financing with Franc & Co. We are in search of a VP Commercial Lending to connect your industry expertise with our dynamic team.

This intermediate/senior origination role focuses on leveraging your well-networked position in the commercial real estate lending market. Collaborate directly with senior leadership to foster relationships with developers, investors, and lenders, and drive successful financing outcomes across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate commercial real estate financing mandates including term loans and mezzanine loans

• Develop and nurture extensive relationships with builders and investors

• Engage institutional and private lenders for better financing options

• Work closely with the advisory team on customized financing solutions

• Track and report deal progress accurately using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance

• Solid track record of closing transactions successfully

• Knowledge of capital markets and underwriting principles

• FSRA Mortgage Agent or Broker License (Level 1 or
2)

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities
