Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will support Advisor Distribution & National Accounts teams by leading business case development, financial modeling, and strategic analyses to drive business decisions.

• Lead business case development for strategic projects.
• Provide financial models, sensitivity analyses, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with Advisor Sales and other stakeholders on wholesaling strategy.
• Maintain complex financial models and interpret distribution structure.
• Deliver presentations to senior management including President, CFO, and Executive Team.
• Support market, industry, and competitive research.
• Coordinate cross‑functional finance support (Accounting, Tax, Analytics, Reporting).
• Lead business planning and forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development.
• Present business cases to executive committee for review.
• Develop and produce management reports and analytics.
• Participate in project and steering committees as finance lead.

• 4+ years in financial analysis within a finance department.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Completion of a CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or MBA.
• Experience as Finance Manager or equivalent, preferred.
• Financial Services industry experience preferred.
• Experience with pricing strategy preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong financial modeling and sensitivity analysis skills.
• Business acumen to translate financial concepts into business terms.
• Time management and project management fundamentals.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI knowledge.
• Organizational and collaboration skills with cross‑department partners.
• Current work authorization in Canada required.

• Base Salary $105,000–$140,000 per annum.
• Discretionary Performance Bonus.
• RRSP contribution after 6 months.
