Senior Financial Analyst Operations FP&A

Drive financial insights as a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A at a rapidly growing Canadian company based in Toronto. This hybrid role allows for close collaboration with leadership to enhance business performance.

In this impactful position within the expanding FP&A team, you will be responsible for guiding financial planning processes, such as annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Work directly with operational leaders to analyze key metrics and ensure financial accountability, while developing comprehensive financial models that support the organization’s growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Deep dive into monthly results and operational drivers

• Partner with leaders for data-driven decision-making

• Build financial models for new operational initiatives

• Analyze OPEX and CAPEX performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in FP&A or operational finance

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis
