Lead client engagement initiatives at Interac as the Client Relationships Lead. Support regional banks while ensuring trust and satisfaction in Canada's digital finance landscape.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day client issues and service requests effectively. Your expertise in payment products will shine as you build relationships with stakeholders in various departments. Additionally, you will identify and implement strategic initiatives to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction while leading the bi-annual account planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with ongoing service requests and issues
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Lead the account planning process twice a year
• Manage biweekly updates and monthly market insights
• Research and resolve industry-related client concerns
Requirements:
• Full-time eligibility to work in Canada
• Experience in payment services and products
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong task prioritization and coordination abilities
• Proven skills in facilitating collaborative discussions
