The successful candidate will interact directly with clients, making exceptional interpersonal and communication skills imperative. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment is critical to success in this role.
What will your role be responsible for? Relationship Management- Deliver gold standard client service by anticipating needs, addressing inquiries proactively, demonstrating strong listening skills, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Provide high-quality, timely client service across all channels, including phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and relationship development.
- Work closely with the lead advisor to manage fee-based and non-fee-based investment portfolios.
- Prepare and deliver investment policy statements, portfolio evaluations, client commentaries/reviews, and investment proposals.
- Build, monitor, and rebalance customized investment portfolios in accordance with client profiles and compliance requirements.
- Assist in research and analysis, contributing to asset mix decisions, and investment product selection.
- Execute trades accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with client strategy and compliance guidelines.
- Liaise with the team to ensure client portfolios remain consistent with clients’ financial plans and evolving needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, objectivity, and expertise.

What do we expect from you?To qualify for this opportunity you possess:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Analytical.
- Energetic, ambitious, and outgoing.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity with Dataphile, Fact Set, Morningstar, and Croesus.
- Marketing experience.
- Understanding of fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Be client-centered, putting clients’ interests first.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Exercise tact and discretion in handling confidential information.
- University degree with finance exposure.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the investment and/or financial services industry.
- Familiar with managing investments, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and GICs.
- CIRO licensed.
- CIM/CFP designations would be an asset.
- Grow professionally and inspire others to do the same.

Salary Range: $55, annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
