Position: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Role
Lead financial planning in the retail industry with our North York, ON client. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will work closely with Merchandising and Buying teams to inform strategic decisions.

This on-site, full-time role is centered around enhancing commercial outcomes through analytical expertise. You will manage two Senior Financial Analysts while conducting deep dives into key retail-specific metrics.

Your role is crucial for developing budgeting strategies and maintaining financial performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Merchandising with data-driven financial insights

• Translate retail performance metrics into actionable strategies

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Build automated tools for financial visibility

• Act as a finance liaison within the organization

Requirements:

• 5+ years in FP&A or retail finance expertise

• Strong background in merchandising financial analytics

• Proficient in Excel and BI tools, SQL, or Python

• Effective communicator translating data to non-experts

• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
