9. This hybrid position emphasizes client enablement, operational QA, and data quality oversight.
As part of the IFRS 9 Platform team, you will guide credit unions through implementations and provide technical support. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, conducting quality assurance checks, and analyzing data using Excel, Python, or R. You will play an essential role in ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client support inquiries effectively
• Assist with data mapping and user training
• Perform QA testing on model outputs
• Conduct root-cause analysis for data quality
• Document processes and update manuals
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in financial services or analytics
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Excel, Python, or R
• Knowledge of credit risk concepts is advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
