The Avison Young Toronto Downtown office is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst to work in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates will ideally have experience in commercial real estate, with a solid understanding of financial modeling and market analysis. This role will require excellent communication skills and attention to detail to support the team’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create financial and development models using Argus and Excel

• Aid in deal structuring and client interactions

• Evaluate economic and demographic data relevant to projects

• Write effective proposals and pitch documents

• Assist in market surveys and comparative analysis

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant commercial real estate experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Excellent writing and analytical skills

• Able to manage multiple projects effectively
