Position: Finance Manager for Valuations at Brookfield

In this full-time role based at Brookfield Place, you will report to the Director of Finance and play a critical part in asset valuations and financial planning. Ideal candidates will leverage strong financial skills and collaborate with various teams to enhance corporate financial models and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update corporate models for business planning

• Review and challenge regional business planning and valuation models

• Prepare detailed DCF valuation models for major assets

• Track global operating results and prepare consolidated financial forecasts

• Perform budget vs. actual variance analyses to drive improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles

• University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• CPA, CFA, or CBV designation preferred

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
