This position, within a respected consulting firm, enables you to partner with the CFO directly. You’ll oversee the budgeting season and aid in the critical implementation of Workday Financials, shaping future financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• Innovate legacy finance workflows within Workday

• Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership

• Ensure data integrity across finance and HR systems

• Develop dynamic reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Requirements:

• 5 to 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience

• Expected to have billable-hour environment experience

• Preferred familiarity with Workday financial systems

• Proficient in conveying technical data to non-finance stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is needed
