Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Corporate Controller is responsible for leading financial reporting and accounting functions within the organization. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Your insights will drive budgeting and forecasting efforts across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee accounting for multiple corporate entities

• Analyze financial results against budgets

• Manage regulatory compliance and coordination with auditors

• Mentor finance team to improve reporting efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Must have a CPA and minimum 4 years’ experience

• Strong understanding of internal controls and ASPE

• Prior experience in healthcare or seniors living

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
