Position: VBA Developer for Trading Tools
Insight Global is hiring a Front Office Excel Developer to work with a prestigious bank in downtown Toronto. This role focuses on building Excel tools to enhance trading efficiencies.

As part of the IRD Trading Desk, you will employ your advanced Excel skills and enthusiasm for capital markets in developing pricing sheets and automating workflows using VBA and Macros. The position requires primarily on-site work, adhering to trading hours of 8 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring you collaborate closely with the trading team for optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing sheets and trading tools in Excel

• Automate processes using VBA and Macros

• Collaborate with IRD Trading to understand tool needs

• Follow Rapid Application Development (RAD) practices

• Enhance trading operations through technology solutions

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on VBA experience

• Expert in Excel with Macros

• Basic knowledge of Python is preferred

• Interest in capital markets and trading methodologies

• Willingness to work on-site in Toronto
