Key Responsibilities:
• Research CMHC products and market regulations
• Track debt transactions and inform senior leadership
• Execute real estate financing and refinancing efforts
• Prepare financing documents and assist in presentations
• Conduct comprehensive financial risk analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
• 4–6 years of finance experience; CFA preferred
• Knowledge of CMHC processes and debt modeling
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
