Position: Senior Valuations Consultant at MNP

In this role, you will be integral to the Valuations team, using your expertise to assist clients with various business disputes and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include executing comprehensive valuations, conducting industry research, and preparing detailed reports. This position requires interaction with various stakeholders and necessitates a strong understanding of valuation techniques and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute client valuations for financial reporting and planning

• Support business and intellectual property valuation projects

• Prepare valuation models and industry research

• Draft reports and client-facing documents

• Ensure consistently high-quality client service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, specializing in finance/accounting

• CPA or CFA designation with aspirations of earning CBV

• 3 to 4 years of experience in valuations and financial analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills for client interactions
