Position: Compliance Manager Role
Take charge as Compliance Manager specializing in KYC at Corpay's Toronto office. Oversee compliance analysts and ensure regulatory adherence in cross-border payment operations.

This position involves managing a team of five compliance analysts engaged with client onboarding and KYC/AML compliance tasks. You will be the primary point of escalation for internal business operations, responsible for maintaining high standards in compliance policies and practices. Your extensive experience in KYC regulations will be crucial to ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of a KYC compliance team

• Act as primary escalation point for compliance decisions

• Review onboarding cases with documented rationale

• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines

• Review high-risk customer accounts accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• Over 5 years in KYC/AML compliance roles

• CAMS certification is a must

• Deep knowledge of FINTRAC and FinCEN

• Strong communication and presentation skills
