This position requires a minimum of three years in commercial real estate finance. You will evaluate mortgage loans, coordinate applications, and liaise with clients and brokers. Additionally, reviewing compliance documentation and monthly reporting will be essential to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and recommend CMHC mortgage loans as per guidelines
• Coordinate loan applications with Account Manager and VP
• Engage with clients and brokers throughout the application process
• Review third-party reports and verify compliance
• Monitor and report on monthly key metrics
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in real estate finance
• Strong grasp of CMHC policies and guidelines
• Proficient in financial statement analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and in teams
