Hands-On Director of Finance Position

Become the Director of Finance for a leading not-for-profit organization, providing vital financial leadership and operational management to enhance community support initiatives. Engage with the CEO and senior team in a contract role that benefits the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial discussions with CEO and board

• Oversee budgeting, financial operations, and compliance

• Prepare financial reports and management analysis

• Manage audits and funding regulations

• Foster meaningful relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• CPA certification mandatory

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance leadership

• Strong detail-oriented and strategic operational capability

• Extensive experience supporting executive decision-making

• Strongly preferred experience in not-for-profit environments
