Position: Internal Audit Senior Role
Shape your career as a Senior Internal Auditor at TMX Group, located in Toronto. This hybrid role is a unique blend of risk-based auditing and refining internal control processes.

In your new role, you'll lead risk-focused audits and develop comprehensive audit plans while reporting to the Director of Internal Audit. This position allows you to enhance internal controls and support fellow team members through effective mentoring, contributing crucially to the overall annual audit strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct risk-based audits per the annual audit objectives

• Carry out detailed risk assessments and form effective audit plans

• Review internal controls through interviews and structured walkthroughs

• Document findings and articulate gaps clearly to stakeholders

• Aid in the CEO/CFO quarterly certification activities

Requirements:

• CPA or CIA designation preferred

• 3-5 years of audit experience required

• University degree in Business or Commerce

• Familiarity with data analytics and audit systems

• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving capabilities
