Healthcare Finance Director

Position: Healthcare Finance Director Opportunity
Lead financial strategy as the Director of Finance for a top Canadian healthcare provider. Ensure compliance and enhance reporting accuracy while collaborating with diverse teams.

This role is pivotal within the growing finance team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Controller. Candidates should have a CPA and extensive experience, particularly in multi-entity organizations. You will be responsible for team mentorship and driving continuous improvement in financial processes to elevate the organization’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage external reporting cycles and accuracy

• Mentor a team of finance professionals

• Prepare financial statements for year-end audits

• Work closely with other finance departments for efficiency

• Develop best practices for enhanced productivity

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of finance experience, including management roles

• CPA and Bachelor's in accounting or finance

• Strong grasp of ASPE/IFRS regulations

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively

• Experience preferred with Net Suite and Smart View
