Position: Senior Manager, FP&A Transformation Role
Transform financial services as a Senior FP&A Manager at Questrade Financial Group. Spearhead strategic planning and leverage AI to enhance financial outcomes and initiatives.

In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of the multi-scenario Long Range Planning (LRP), emphasizing budgeting and forecasting. Your leadership will guide the modeling of P&L for growth strategies, while you ensure thorough variance analysis supports critical business decisions. You will play a vital role in influencing customer experience through comprehensive financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-scenario LRP focusing on key financial metrics

• Model P&L for growth pillars and validate revenue assumptions

• Develop toggle-ready models for comprehensive scenario analysis

• Conduct monthly variance analysis and prepare quarterly Board reports

• Deliver insightful financial analysis for leadership review

Requirements:

• 8+ years in FP&A or relevant finance roles

• Expertise in advanced financial modeling and analytics

• In-depth knowledge of consumer lending economics

• Proficient in Excel and SQL programming

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
