As a key team member in the Internal Audit and Compliance division, you will assess risks, audit processes, and ensure regulatory adherence. This Analyst role calls for someone with at least two years of experience in real estate or financial audits, ready to implement best practices. You'll be pivotal in fostering compliance and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess internal control design and effectiveness

• Execute comprehensive internal audit engagements

• Conduct fieldwork and document audit findings

• Prepare and present insightful audit reports

• Collaborate on enterprise risk management initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional designation (CPA, CIA) or in progress

• Minimum 2 years audit experience in relevant sectors

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
