As a Controller at Electric Mind, you will be essential to our finance team, ensuring efficient operations across our US and Canadian offices. Your expertise in U.S. financial compliance and your CPA background will shape our accounting function. This role demands autonomy and ownership while leading an accounting team and enhancing systems to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable internal controls and accounting processes

• Oversee daily operations of accounting and payroll functions

• Manage month-end close and external financial reporting

• Lead and grow the accounting team through coaching

• Support FP&A with budgeting and forecasting efforts

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory

• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience required

• Proven U.S. financial compliance experience

• Strong skills in process automation and AI integration

• Familiarity with Net Suite essential
