As a Defined Benefit Pension Administrator, you will play a vital role in our pension administration center of excellence. This hybrid role requires you in-office at least three days a week, focusing on outstanding customer service for our client's pension needs. You will handle calculations, database updates, and inquiries while working closely with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate pension benefits and prepare related statements

• Update and validate client databases efficiently

• Prepare annual statements for plan members

• Calculate various pension adjustments and indexation

• Address inquiries from clients and plan members

Requirements:

• Background in finance or mathematics

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite

• Experience with defined benefit pension plans preferred
