US Multifamily Asset Management Associate

Reporting to the Vice President, you will oversee and strategically manage multifamily real estate assets. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of three years of experience in real estate to monitor investment performance and support financing processes. Strong Excel skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance against initial projections

• Track and report on key performance indicators

• Manage portfolio cash flow forecasts effectively

• Work collaboratively with property management teams

• Assist in financial package preparation for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in asset management or finance

• Proficient in financial modeling and performance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar

• Strong skills in Excel and Power Point

• Occasional travel to the US required
