Position: Senior Accountant for Financial Reporting
Become a Senior Accountant at Swiss Re, specializing in Financial Reporting for Life & Health reinsurance. Work with diversified teams across major international offices.

As part of the L&H Re finance team, you'll be responsible for financial accounting and reporting processes in the Canadian Branch. Reporting to the Head of Reporting, you’ll collaborate with various departments and ensure compliance with local and group standards. This role involves financial analysis, reporting, and contributing to key reinsurance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop processes for financial reporting analysis

• Analyze financial results for Canadian statutory and IFRS

• Streamline reporting processes for improved efficiency

• Coordinate submission of regulatory documents

• Provide support for capital management initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant 3-5 years experience

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of reinsurance operations advantageous

• Proficient with financial software and Excel
