Position: Billing Generalist for RVA Finance Team
Support RVA’s Finance and Accounting team as a Billing Generalist in Toronto starting May 2026. This 6-month maternity leave contract is pivotal for managing invoicing and client communication.

Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Billing Generalist handles the preparation and distribution of invoices, addresses billing questions from clients, and generates regular reports. Key tasks include utilizing the Deltek system for processing and organizing billing data, requiring a detail-oriented approach and teamwork with various departments for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Deltek for preparing and sending invoices

• Maintain and update budgets for clients

• Process write-off packages thoroughly

• Handle project phase openings in Deltek

• Keep records of client contracts organized

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in Business or Accounting

• 1-2 years of relevant billing experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel

• Deltek Vision knowledge is advantageous

• Must be detail-oriented and a collaborative team member
