Position: Investigation and Compliance Officer Role
Elevate your career with CI Financial Corp as an Investigation and Compliance Officer focusing on complaints and regulatory oversight. This position requires in-office work four days per week for effective collaboration.

In this role, you will complete assessments on reportable matters and facilitate the timely reporting of investigations to CIRO and AMF regulatory bodies. By preparing comprehensive internal reports, you will help ensure all procedural norms are met and draft response letters for management review. Your liaison work will be crucial in resolving matters efficiently with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess matters to confirm CRI Team involvement

• Report timely regulatory updates to CIRO and AMF

• Draft comprehensive internal investigation reports

• Create response letters for stakeholders’ review

• Coordinate with agents and compliance teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education and relevant designations

• 5+ years in the compliance or investment sector

• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks

• Effective communication skills are a must

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
