Senior Analyst, Financial & Regulatory Reporting

Transform financial reporting at our banking client as a Senior Analyst, specializing in Financial & Regulatory Reporting. Engage with IFRS and US GAAP for compliance.

This pivotal role within the Finance team will enhance financial and regulatory reporting processes for Canadian legal entities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory teams, fostering process improvements and strategic finance initiatives.

Your role will help ensure strict compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IFRS and US GAAP financial closings

• Review Canadian regulatory reporting submissions

• Assist with audits and regulatory examinations

• Prepare and review year-end financial documentation

• Monitor changes in regulations affecting reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting within banking

• Deep understanding of banking products and regulatory issues

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and strong analytical skills

• Proven capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
