Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly and year-end closing processes

• Ensure audit readiness and maintain clean books

• Manage R&D tax credits and local compliance

• Approve and adjust department budgets consistently

• Maintain financial models for projections and planning

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in finance within manufacturing or food sectors

• Experience with Quickbooks and Google Drive

• Attention to detail with strong analytics skills
