Position: DesignAgency Project Accountant Role

In this vital role, you’ll report directly to the Director of Finance while managing invoicing, reporting, and project performance for numerous creative projects. The position requires a driven individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly invoices based on project progress

• Coordinate the AR collections process with follow-up actions

• Assist in month-end financial reporting and KPI tracking

• Maintain the Project Command Centre in Ajera accurately

• Collaborate with various team leaders during billing calls

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in a service industry

• Preferred Accounting Certificate or equivalent

• Expertise in Deltek/Ajera and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity
