Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position plays a crucial role in managing financial operations for creative projects. You will prepare monthly invoices and assist with KPI reporting, while engaging closely with team members across the firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage monthly invoices based on project milestones

• Oversee AR collection processes, ensuring timely follow-up

• Prepare KPI analysis to assist in financial reporting

• Update the Project Command Centre in Ajera efficiently

• Participate in financial reviews and project performance discussions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Certificate in Accounting preferred

• Proficient with Deltek/Ajera job costing software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proven integrity in handling confidential information
