In this full-time role, you will support the Finance Transformation team by working on critical financial processes and reporting activities. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, contributing to both operational efficiency and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prepare financial reports for compliance with IFRS and JGAAP
• Manage month-end reconciliation processes thoroughly
• Enhance financial procedures by participating in transformation initiatives
• Document business requirements and support system changes effectively
• Assist in post-implementation monitoring and user support activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation or working towards it
• Experience in accounting or financial reconciliation processes
• Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; VBA experience beneficial
• Familiarity with Power BI and Oracle accounting software is a plus
