Seeking an Equity Trading Analyst at CPP Investments to engage in global trading execution. Contribute to team success while improving your skills in market strategies and analytics.
In your role, you will work under the guidance of experienced traders on the Toronto desk, actively managing equity portfolios. Building connections with trading partners and enhancing trading functions will be key tasks. Your curiosity and analytical skills will support data-driven decision-making and trading excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day execution of equity trades
• Establish strong ties with market participants
• Share trade ideas and market insights with teams
• Drive system enhancements and trading analytics
• Engage in AI tool development for trading
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of experience in trading or finance
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
• Interest in trading systems and market structure
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
