Position: Financial Planning Senior Analyst Role
Join Rogers as a Senior Financial Analyst focused on Financial Planning & Analysis. Drive success through budgeting, forecasting, and critical operational insights in a dynamic environment.

In this essential role, you'll manage month-end processes and act as a liaison between Corporate Planning and operational finance teams. Supporting the Senior Finance Manager, your insights will drive the financial narrative that influences strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop consolidated monthly, forecast, and budgeting reports

• Communicate budgeting requirements effectively to finance teams

• Assist in month-end, forecast, and budgeting reviews

• Help model long-range financial plans for CEX

• Conduct ad hoc analysis for strategic business initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis

• Strong attention to detail in operations and problem-solving

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Familiarity with Oracle and Essbase financial systems

• Relevant degree and accounting/finance certification preferred
