Position: Dyson Finance Manager - Business Partner
Pursue financial excellence as a Finance Manager at Dyson, playing a key role in supporting the US Leadership team to meet financial objectives. This position focuses on strategic collaboration and insightful financial reporting to drive business performance.

As a Finance Manager, you'll lead essential financial processes such as month-end closing, forecasting, and variance reporting, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial health. You will build strong relationships with business partners, providing them with valuable insights and advice to enhance financial management. This role also involves developing junior team members and improving financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process

• Provide actionable insights and support for financial decisions

• Coordinate annual budgeting and track trends

• Analyze financial risks and opportunities with partners

• Assist with continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• 5-8 years’ experience in a financial analysis capacity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to build collaboration across teams
