Position: Valuation Accountant for Commercial Real Estate

This role within Allied's CPA Pre-approved Program combines critical financial and analytical responsibilities. You will handle Argus models, assess valuation assumptions, and collaborate with teams to support property analyses. Candidates with 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong analytical mindset will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth testing of property valuations

• Review Argus models for accuracy and reasonability

• Validate contractual inputs against lease documentation

• Analyze market data to assess valuation assumptions

• Collaborate with appraisers to support the appraisal process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 1-2 years in commercial real estate or valuations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with Argus or Yardi Voyager is a plus
