Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage fund due diligence materials

• Prepare essential documents for initial fund launch
• Track and report due diligence activities internally and to clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar area
• 4+ years in private equity due diligence or fundraising
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with private equity investor needs
